Woo hoo! Down 4 Lbs.

Bless me, Readers, It's been over a week since my last post! Ha, tongue in cheek! Let's see, my last weigh-in from then was 182 Lbs. This morning I weighed in at 178 Lbs. Don't cheer just yet, I'm still not quite sure that is anything substantial, it's prolly just water weight (?) It seems like a lot for just 10 days. I'm not sure why I'm having a hard time congratulating myself. Maybe it's because I'm feelling guilty about not doing what I planned to do. In my previous post I had an action plan that I intended to do. Hmmm, but then again; the scale dosent lie. What I have been doing seems to be working, and so that makes me happy. I'm not content with what I've been doing though. I can do better.

For instance, I haven't been doing my cardio every day like I planned. It's been a total of only 2 hours spread over 3 days. But hey, at least I've done some work outs right? I also cut the grass this last week, walked to work a handful of times and laid off the sweets (sort of.)

Enough about that...How was your 4th of July celebrations? mine was nice. It didn't start until 9 pm Sunday evening. In fact, my husband and I had napped almost the entire day. After the am church services and mulling around at home cooking lunch, trying to stay awake while watching Catch me if you can, we, with Marcello; our Italian Greyhound puppy had a lovely, long nap. 9 pm rolled around and we set out to enjoy whatever fireworks we could see along with our newly installed tradition of going to Andy's Frozen Custard (divinity!) ((Bad Liz.))

Marcello, aka The Marsh, was too distracted and distressed to enjoy his mini cone whilst we oohed and aahed at the fireworks. He mostly hid under 'Thanel's (Nathanael's) lawn chair. All in all it was a nice, simple, lazy day. When we got home, we pretty much crashed again and promptly went to bed.

Congrats on your weight loss. Any loss is better than no loss at all! Also, I love your black and white pics. One of my Etsy products was selected and I am grateful. I am fairly new with the Etsy thing, so any help I can get is greatly appreciated. I loved every item you posted, as black and white seem to be my signature colors! Again, thanks for selecting one of my headbands.
